Hi, is it possible to use a hard money loan to pay for most of the down payment and get a conventional loan for the rest? I have 150g of my own capitol. example prop is asking 2.1m down payment is about 525g.. if i put down my 150g can a hard money be used for the rest of dwn payment? get a conventional loan. then i would cash back refinance some time later to pay off the hard.
