John has over 15 years of experience in the mortgage banking, investment, real estate lending and construction management industries. John works hand-in-hand with business partners in the industry to counsel clients on the purchase, investment, construction, or refinance of real estate property. As the leader of the Private Lending Group, John specializes in expanding the company’s products for residential and commercial clients. Some of these products include low-documentation, non-income verification and equity based lending programs. He is President of the Fishkill Chapter of Business Network International, member of the Greater Southern Dutchess and Poughkeepsie Area Chambers of Commerce, member of Mid Hudson Pattern for Progress, and Education Chair of the Mid Hudson Valley Mortgage Bankers Association.
