   Hi Rob,
   My name is Anne Dupuis. You helped me secure a mortgage in 2011 for a house in Bracebridge. I have since sold it and am living in a mobile home in Gravenhurst. I am retired now and thinking about selling it and buying a much more expensive modular home in a retirement park outside of Orillia. I would need about a $200,000. mortgage and would have about $100,000 to put down. Would I qualify, being that I am retired? And also, does anyone lend mortgage money for modular homes? Any information you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Anne
