Brian — we met last weekend at the Ridge and talked for a good long time. I would like to get with you to get more insight into exactly how the process of buying mortgages works, etc. Most of my personal assets are tied-up either IRA or Roth accounts. However I do have some limited investment funds — that may or may not be enough to allow me to dip my toe in the mortgage mkt?? I am off most of next week — if possible please advise if it works for you to meet to further enlighten me as to the pros / cons of the mortgage opportunity.
