   Darren:
   We have purchased a residence located at # 119-13888 70th Avenue in Surrey and will require a mortgage in the area of 70,000 – 75,000 to finance this purchase. (purchase price was 353,500.00) We currently have until April 7th 2012 to remove all subjects to the accepted offer. Our real estate agent – Karen HUTCHISON referred us to you.

   We would like to get the lowest 10 year rate with the following options:

   1) Bi Weekly Payments
   2) Accelerated Payments
   3) 10 – 15% paydown option per year
