Hi Anoop,
Long time no hear. I hope all is well with you and your family. I was just wondering, if you know of anyone who is hiring for receptionist work or painting, that is a good employer. I have a job where all of the employees hours were cut, as it is retail.This time of year this often happens ,after Christmastime sales are down, therefore they have less available hours available to everyone. I will never forget how you helped me to keep my home by getting my mortgage set up with a different bank than i had at the time.If you cannot help me this time i do understand, and still wish you and your family well.

If you put down enough money you can get a motagrge without PMI just about anywhere. One thing some people do is to take out a home equity line at the same time and use the home equity credit to increase the total downpayment to a sufficient amount so you won’t need PMI. It means you will have two mortagages, the main one and the smaller home equity one, but you will be free of PMI related debt once the home equity line is paid off.
Either just make the payments and stay in a 7. Basically this raefirms your debt with them. Would be worth it to keep the house and let everything else go. If you cant pay then get ready to loose the house because they seldom include a mortgage in a chap 13. Bank will file for relief and forclose on the house.
