   Hello Akram

   Yes, it is that time of the year, and I need to renew my mortgage. You have been so helpful for the past few years, so I am hoping that you are still in the business and have not retired and relaxing on some warm beaches!

   My mortgage is about $166,000. I had it for five years open variable? with interest at 2.400%. What would you suggest I do? The maturity date is June 21st.

   Please let me know what I should do, and how to go about it.
