Hi Warren
I’m a little surprised to still see your name active in the mortgage business . You will probably not remember me, but my wife and I used to live across the street from you on Curry Pl, Abbotsford. I was also in the mortgage business in Abbotsford with Rob Simpson.
My wife and I are looking to invest in a MIC and I immediately thought of you , as I know you used to operate several MIC’s
My question is, are your MIC’s. Still active, what rate are you paying, minimum investment etc.
