Rowan worked for a large local credit union from 2000 to 2005, where he gained extensive experience in banking, loans, and investments. He enjoys working with people, and is an excellent choice for people with difficult schedules who need a personal touch.

Born and raised in Surrey, Rowan now resides in downtown Vancouver with his wife. While growing up, he had extensive exposure to the real estate market and financing, as his father is a realtor. He graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree from Kwantlen University as the top overall student in the School of Business and was subsequently awarded the Dean’s Medal for his efforts. He also completed the Canadian Securities Course in 2001 and the Mortgages Course in 2005, both with honours standing. He now works under the banner of The Mortgage Centre Canada, and is an independent sub-broker licensed under Citywide Financial Corp., one of Vancouverÿs most well established and experienced brokerages.
