Hey Hey Mr. Demers
I was referred to you by Keegan. He said you might be able to help??? My mom is a vary nice lady and back in 2012 my mom signed her house over to help another lady get a mortgage. It is a long story! They didn’t read shit properly and the lady missed a few payments when she lost her job a year or two ago. The finance company the dealt with blanketed both properties with some crazy fees. The mortgage was $67,500. and now it’s $103,000. They want there money by may 1 or they sell both house’s. Dude my mom is going to lose all her stuff. Unless we can some how buy out the mortgage. It’s kinda short notice but I have tried many different places. Then I poped into to Keegans place and he was like fuck yeah give old DJ call he can help. I smashed my phone and I work 8 to 4.
