I am a resident at the Vista Pointe apartments. We found out our rent will go up $115.00 per month. While I understand where the market is in South Salem and the need to do business, I disagree with how you have been hurting your customers and forcing many of them out of their homes. I don’t know how tied into this escalation you are, but someone upstairs that never meets their customer eye to eye and force their will upon them is unethical and greedy. Since we started living there (2 years) rent has gone up 25% and it causes alot of pain for many people you have chosen not to care about and say that it all boils down to dollars and cents. Please take a moment to realize that you are living a good life and are benfiting from making others fight to keep their home, these are people with children and families that are also affected.
