My wife and I refinanced a 30 year fixed mortgage from you approximately 8 years ago at a 5% interest rate. I was just wondering what kind of rate I could get for a new refinance if I dropped it down to a 15 year mortgage and what my payments would be on a 15 year, can I afford to do it, and if it is worth doing at this time? Our current mortgage is now owned by Wellsfargo and has a balance of $156,377.15 I really haven`t discussed this with my wife but I`ve been thinking about how low the rates are and just thought I would do some checking?
