    Al,

As I attempted to call you and understand what is going on with the house and the proposed mortgage that I was seeking for the property. When you arrived at the property and Tom joins in, I was first uncomfortable with the fact that Audrey Gilmour’s personal information was disclosed by Tom as to how much in her mortgage that she owed and it seemed to be no concern for her personal privacy. With Tom and the constant negative of the fact that the property would not be able to sell in the market as it was overbuilt and that they new this and continued to discuss permit issues he felt where a hindrance to the property. As the potential purchaser I am listening to this as if was evident that any purchaser would be miffed at this disclosure and negative tone.
As a purchaser I am entitled to the same freedoms and privacy as any other Canadian. The fact that mandate would take those comments, notes, mortgages and so on and ask for us to work this deal with something on the back end it stunning to me. As it was disclosed to Audrey by Don the conversation which was had without her present, you can imagine the frustration that is brewing within Audrey to maintain her privacy and rights.
The fact of the matter that she was put in this place by her lenders where they have shorted her on two accounts on her draws. I believed that Mandate was a solid organization as my friends have a large mortgage with you. I am at a lost as to why this has gone this way with so many negatives towards the purchase. Audrey is consulting with her legal team as she feels very side swiped and has placed us and our working relationship in a very odd place at the moment. You simply just said we will agree to disagree when I stated that it was evident that Tom wants the property, why else would someone in his line of work do that in front of the potential purchaser? I had asked for you to deal with Dominion and you insisted that we just wanted to go over some things, I felt that we had developed a good bind and to the point where you said that you can see that the property can hold its own and no problem selling it on the market. And as I said I would see if I could get her down a bit and she came down to 1.2 million and was willing to carry 100k to the back end. I am confused as to how this business was conducted and frustrated as the owner of the home is clearly not happy with the way that this has transpired. To be hung up on and to again to have to wait on your time to be able to talk with you is only another frustration in this matter.

We will have someone call you tomorrow to discuss how you can communicate with us. As we are now in the place of discussing all the options and now are having to layoff the team as they will secure another contract and not be available for 4-6 months. To have to do this to these people at this time of the year is never a good thing and we will pursue our avenues as we are entitled to do so.
