   Hello Arlene
   We have been on saltspring for 19 years , currently renting ,the owner has decided to move back in the house, looking at the cost of rent on saltspring for the house we need runs around 1800 to 2400 per month, instead of paying another’s mortgage at that price I would like to pay my own, my friend has a house she is selling and I would like to purchase it
   , it is on Granville and she is asking 309,000 and would take 290,000 , I am self employed
   What would my options be
