good morning Jodie,
I wanted to touch base with you to ask if you could assist Bill and I in looking at getting a pre approved mortgage. We want to start looking early next year, but thought we could at least get the process started. You did such an awesome job with the first one I got through you, that we want to stay with you on the next one. We are not sure (at this moment) if we want to buy right out or build like we did on the last one (would be building the same plan as the one in Mill Bay
