Pam–This is caroline hall again, referred by my friend Niles Utlaut. I talked to you at the end of September. since then, I have found that I can get an asset backed Schwab PAL bridge loan at 2.75%. I can also get a $500,000 conventional 30-year, fixed-rate mortgage at 2.65% (a s of 10-1with 2 percent closing costs and a lender’s fee of $790–also asset-backed. The question is, can you find even better terms? If yes, I’d love to meet again and bring my financial advisor into the meeting because she’s a great translator for me on terms I frankly don’t really understand. I would be available to meet:
