John Dennehy, This is Jane Pastorcik, I was wondering if you still have any info on Calvin Brent, who had agreed to pay me 15 grand for my property at 16408 South Park Avenue, South Holland, Illinois. I realize that at the time, we didn’t have any papers drawn up as to the sale of the house, but between you, me, and Calvin, we had a verbal agreement! Is that going to be enough to get anything out of my house? He has not contacted me in over 6 months, and I am thinking that he is just blowing me off!! Do you think you could get in touch with him and let me know if he is the piece of shit that I’m beginning to think he is, or he actually is planning on giving me something for the property? I would be willing to take 2-3 hundred a month for payment if he doesn’t want to take out a loan. I think I have been more than fair with him, but I am going to need some backup to get him to pay anything! If you can, please call me and let me know if I have a leg to stand on with this guy!
