I don’t know how reliable Mr Dawson could be as a mortgage broker. He is also an ATM merchant and fails to do regular maintenance on his machines. An ATM of his ripped me off $400, and then tried to put responsibility on MasterCard. As a merchant he lacks the ability and know how on how to fix a problem as simple as taking off a pending status so that the customer wouldnt have to wait 3 business days. Instead he claims no responsibility and tells the customer what they want to hear, even though it is wrong information. I wouldnt trust him with my money.
