Good morning Lynn
I am a colleague of Rachel Cassidy who shared your info. I am in the process of relocation from Toronto to Ottawa. I have a condo which I will be listing next weekend there. I have been watching homes here and would want to purchase as soon as I have a firm sale. I am not certain also if I might be able to go ahead and buy something interim as I have a decent amount in savings.
