Hi Ray, long time.
I am looking at possibly buying my Mum and Dad’s home from them. I wanted to check with you because after our last dealings I knew I would not get steered wrong. The house is currently listed at 189.900 (reduced recently from 195.000) but they would sell it to me, no realtors, for 165.000. I have 10.000 for the down, but wanted to see if I would be cleared for 155.000 mortgage (it is a muck older home, mostly in decent shape. The roof is 5 years old, and the plumbing from the street to the house was redone (by the town) several years ago….K, now me….I have been with this current company since 2011…My pay is based on 2 different types of work that I do…..2014 I made 53.000 last year 49.000 (hard to explain, I make 21.50 for any type of data imput I may have to do, the bulk of my rate is 40.00 for any lab testing, hence the fluctuation in my annual) sorry for the novel
